- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tbsp)
- Zest of 1 lime
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp honey (optional for sweetness)
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: Add mango, cilantro, lime juice, lime zest, garlic, honey, and cumin to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Add Olive Oil: With the blender running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the sauce is creamy and well combined.
- Season: Taste and season with salt and pepper as desired.
- Serve: Transfer to a bowl or jar. Serve as a topping for grilled chicken, fish, or tacos, or as a dip for veggies and chips.
