Ingredients
Cilantro Jalapeño Sauce

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh cilantro leaves (packed, stems removed)
2-3 jalapeños, seeded for mild spice or leave seeds for more heat
1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
1 small garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1-2 tablespoons water (optional, for desired consistency)
Instructions
Directions:
Prep the jalapeños: Slice the jalapeños and remove seeds for a milder flavor. If you want a spicier sauce, keep the seeds intact.
Blend ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine the cilantro, jalapeños, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic, cumin, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Adjust consistency: If the sauce is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of water and blend again until you reach your desired texture.
Taste and tweak: Taste the sauce and adjust the salt or lime juice as needed for a perfectly balanced flavor.
Serve or store: Use immediately or transfer to a jar and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
