Instructions

1. Heat the butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

2. Add minced garlic and sautΓ© until fragrant (about 1 minute).

3. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.

4. Add Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, and smoked paprika. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce thickens (about 3-5 minutes).
